Introducing our Tamworth Garden Cranberry Cordial—a versatile elixir radiating vibrant flavor, that effortlessly elevates base spirits or can be savored as a stand-alone sipper. To craft this new release, we blend a concentrated essence of cranberry, using a steam distillate derived from the process of making cranberry sauce, with cranberry juice. This infusion and its unique aroma results in robust sweetness and acidity. Our distillers then add distillates of sage, juniper, and lemon thyme, carefully building the mid-palate and addressing the inherent lightness of the fruit juice. Sugar is added as a final touch to balance the subtle natural bitterness of the cranberry. The result is a cordial of delightful balance that can be enjoyed in many ways—each method revealing hints of herbaceous evergreen that perfectly captures the essence of the season.
