Anton Kaska, a professional trapper with a commitment to sustainable practices, sourced this bourbon’s castoreum sacs, which would otherwise be discarded. This unique ingredient, extracted from the North American beaver's castor gland, imparts a leathery raspberry flavor that enhances the whiskey. Aged for two years, this full-bodied bourbon boasts a rich mouthfeel, a hint of vanillin, and notes of spice. Birch oil, raspberry, Canadian snakeroot, and the natural fruitiness of castoreum create a warm and crisp finish.
