Local red deer venison is combined with cranberries, porcini mushrooms, juniper berries, and green peppercorns. A 3-year old white wheat whiskey serves as a lighter-bodied whiskey backbone, allowing the truly unique flavoring to shine through. Savory and smoky notes characterize this spirit, with a subtle spice on the palate and a lingering finish.
